Keysight Technologies (formerly Agilent Technologies) will demonstrate the 9500 AFM, a state-of-the-art atomic force microscope that seamlessly integrates Keysight’s powerful new NanoNavigator software with QuickScan enabling scan rates of up to 2 sec/frame and automatically sets parameters within seconds.  NEW is QuickSense that enables mapping of mechanical properties.  Also featured the compact, high performance FE-SEM now combining low-voltage imaging with the option of EDS elemental analysis; the G200 Nanoindenter with laser heater stage and ultra-fast Express Test with 100 indents at 100 sites in 100 seconds.
