FALL 24: Submit your abstract

Join us as at the 2024 Fall Meeting & Exhibit at the University of Technology in Warsaw - a leading forum for scientists and engineers to exchange information and ideas at the forefront of Materials research. We invite you to share your research in one or more of 20 symposia within 4 topical clusters.

 

Abstract submission is OPEN

The deadline to submit an abstract is: June 6, 2024 (23:59, Paris). In fairness to all potentail authors, late abstracts will not be accepted.

Papers will be selected by the scientific committee of each symposium. Authors will be notified of acceptance and mode of presentation by July 15 at the latest.

Abstract length: Web submissions are limited to 3.000 characters (including spaces, only plain text, no figures, no formulae...).

Multiple submissions is allowed. There is no fee for submission of an abstract.

Submitting abstracts via the E-MRS website is easy and convenient.

  1. Log in to your submitter account available HERE or create a new one;
  2. Follow the easy step-by-step instructions on the template, making sure that complete mailing address information is included for the presenting and contact authors.

After submitting your abstract, please use your Control ID number in all communications with E-MRS. Because major revisions may affect a symposium organizer’s decision to accept your abstract, please review it carefully before submission.

The online submission center enables to save an abstract as a draft and submit it later on. Authors are able to revise their abstracts up to and including the submission deadline of June 6.

Abstract submission is mandatory. Contributions saved as draft only will not be considered in the selection process. Papers will be selected by the scientific committee of each symposium.
