SPRING 18: Call for symposium topics

Submit your proposal

The E-MRS is now seeking proposals for symposium topics for the Spring Meeting 2018 which will be held in Strasbourg, end of May - beginning of June.

We encourage submitting proposals. It is extremely important that many interesting topics are addressed, ranging from electronic nanomaterials to biomaterials for applications in electronics, energy saving and production and health sectors.

How should a symposium proposal be prepared?

The first step in the overall process is to prepare a proposal and submit it to E-MRS Hq. The symposium organizing committee should be preferentially an international one.

Your proposal will be evaluated by our selection committee. Generally, proposals are accepted from approximately 15-13 months before the meeting.

Please read carefully the recommendations for symposium proposal preparation and return to E-MRS Hq the application form duly completed.

Proposals should be sent within the January 30, 2017 by e-mail at emrs@european-mrs.com

They will be evaluated shortly after and the proposers will be informed end of March 2017.
