March 2023

Join us as at the 2023 Fall Meeting & Exhibit in Warsaw (Poland) - a leading forum for scientists and engineers to exchange information and ideas at the forefront of Materials research. We invite you to share your research in one or more of 24 symposia within five topical clusters.

Abstract submissions are now open:

The deadline to submit an abstract is: June 12, 2023 (23:59, Paris) POSTPONED DEADLINE. In fairness to all potentail authors, late abstracts will not be accepted. There is no fee for submission of an abstract.

Papers will be selected by the scientific committee of each symposium. Authors will be notified of acceptance and mode of presentation by July 15 at the latest.

Abstract length: Web submissions are limited to 3.000 characters (including spaces, only plain text, no figures, no formulae...).

Submitting abstracts via the E-MRS website is easy and convenient.

  1. Log in to your submitter account available HERE or create a new one;
  2. Follow the easy step-by-step instructions on the template, making sure that complete mailing address information is included for the presenting and contact authors.

After submitting your abstract, please use your Control ID number in all communications with E-MRS. Because major revisions may affect a symposium organizer’s decision to accept your abstract, please review it carefully before submission. The online submission center enables to save an abstract as a draft and submit it later on. Authors are able to revise their abstracts up to and including the submission deadline of June 12.

Abstract submission is mandatory. Contributions saved as draft only will not be considered in the selection process. Papers will be selected by the scientific committee of each symposium.

After that date, the change must be submitted to: emrs@european-mrs.com (Subject: Abstract Revision) and must include your Control ID number. Please state exactly where the revisions are located (e.g., title, author, body, etc.).
