Lately, ORSAY PHYSICS has launched the first UHV analytical FIB-SEM platform called NanoSpace. NanoSpace is designed to be a complete and fully customized solution for the in-situ correlation of SEM, FIB and surface analysis on samples requiring the most rigorous contaminant-free environment.
