WBG Pilot Line

The WBG-PL project aims to establish a European pilot line focused on wide and ultra-wide bandgap semiconductor materials and technologies for power and RF electronics. 

The project is funded by the Chips Joint Undertaking, through the European Union’s Digital Europe and Horizon Europe programmes, as well as by the participating states (Italy, Sweden, Poland, Finland, Austria, France and Germany) under Grant Agreement No. 101183211.
